How to measure your foot

  1. Method A (wall & floor): stand on the floor with your heel against the wall.
  2. Method B (paper on the ground): stand on a sheet of paper on the floor.
  3. Using a pencil and a ruler, mark from the back of your heel to the tip of your big toe (or your longest toe), measure the length in cm, then match it to the chart.

Sports & running shoes (e.g. Adidas & Puma): add 1–1.5 cm to your foot length before choosing your size. The extra room lets your feet warm up and expand while you run.
