Refund policy

Refund: on delivery only (return on door). Please check your order in front of the courier when it arrives. If it isn't right, you can hand it back to the courier on the spot. Once the courier has left, refunds are no longer available.

Exchange: within 3 days. You can exchange your order within 3 days of receiving it. The item must be unused and in its original condition, with all the packaging and accessories it came with.

To start an exchange, email snatched.egy@gmail.com with your order number and the size or item you would like instead.
